After our first visit where we basically make your home feel like new again, The Geoffrey Maintenance is perfect for people who just love a spotless home at all times. Our maintenance schedules are multiple times per week, once every week, bi-weekly, or every four weeks.

How do you access my home to do the cleaning?
We provide lots of options for you: you can set up a lockbox; leave a key with concierge; we are also key holders for many clients; and of course you can be home to let us in. The choice is yours!
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
We're flexible, and happy to use what is on-site or we can provide all supplies. For sanitary reasons, we don't use the same supplies from home to home. Everything supply is brand new, billed for, and yours to keep!
Do you offer green services?
Yes. We do our best to limit the use of harsh chemicals, and on request can offer a completely natural clean.
Do you work with short stay rentals?
Of course! We work with many short term rental providers. Our staff is trained to provide a hotel standard clean, with all of the extra trimmings. Call to find out more.
How does payment work?
We securely hold credit card details on file and process all payments on the day of service.
I have a pet, what do I do with sparky?
The Geoffrey Team LOVES pets too! We generally have no issues working around pets, but if your pet can be uncomfortable or aggressive with new guests, to avoid potential incidents and maximize efficiency, it’s best if pets can be off premises during our work or housed in a crate.
Are you insured and bonded?
Indeed we are.
